Robert Whitman × Prince Party UK: Exclusive London Exhibition Celebrating Prince’s Early Years

London, UK – This October, Prince Party UK (PPUK) presents a landmark cultural event celebrating the formative years of one of music’s most iconic and influential artists — Prince. In partnership with acclaimed photographer Robert Whitman, the Robert Whitman × Prince Party UK Exhibition will offer a rare glimpse into Prince’s pre-fame era through a stunning collection of photographs and stories, many of which have never been exhibited in the UK before.
Hosted at Noho Studios, 46 Great Titchfield Street, London W1W 7QA, the three-day exhibition runs from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 October 2025, coinciding with Black History Month in the UK.
Event Schedule:
Friday 24 October – VIP / Press Night (Invite Only) A private preview of the exhibition for invited guests, press and cultural figures.
Saturday 25 October – Public Exhibition (10:00 – 15:00) Open to the public, this is a unique opportunity to experience Whitman’s intimate portraits of a young Prince, captured in Minneapolis in 1977.
Saturday 25 October – Exhibition Party (17:00 – 22:00) A special evening celebration featuring The DreZone as DJ, paying tribute to Prince’s groundbreaking sound and legacy.
Sunday 26 October – Q&A with Robert Whitman (10:00 – 13:00) An unmissable live conversation with photographer Robert Whitman, offering personal insights and behind-the-scenes stories from his time with Prince.

Robert Whitman’s photographs capture the raw, unfiltered energy of a 19-year-old Prince on the brink of superstardom. His work has been featured in major galleries and publications worldwide, but this exhibition marks the first time this extraordinary collection will be presented in London in partnership with Prince Party UK.
